The Palmer Lake Town Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Cressman at 7:00 p.m., May 6, 2010.
Attendees: Mayor Cressman Trustees: Bristol Coleman Jack McDonald Stafford Reynolds Attorney: Gaddis - excused Audience: 9

Item #3: Approval of Agenda:
Trustee McDonald made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Trustee Jack. Motion carried unanimously.
Item #4: Oath of Office – Administered by Judge John Ciccolella Mayor John Cressman Trustee Nikki McDonald Trustee Joe Polonsky Trustee Dennis Stern Town Clerk Della Gray
A heartfelt thank you was extended to outgoing Trustees Bristol and Reynolds with the hope they will stay involved with Town activities.
Trustee Jack made a motion to adjourn at 7:05 pm, seconded by Trustee Reynolds. Motion carried unanimously.
