The Palmer Lake Special Town Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Parker at 6:05 p.m., August 9, 2007.

The purpose of this meeting was to conduct an interview Max Stafford, applicant for one of the vacancies created by the resignation of Trustees Finan and Girlando.

The procedure for voting will be placed on file for future reference.

TRUSTEE ALLEN MADE A MOTION TO APPOINT BRYAN JACK AND MAX STAFFORD TO COMPLETE THE TERMS OF THE VACATED POSITIONS, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE MINER. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

TRUSTEE FLAKE MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 6:42 PM, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE MINER. MOTION CARRIED UNANMOUSLY.
