The Palmer Lake Town Council Special meeting was called to order by Mayor Parker at 7:02 p.m., September 7, 2006.

Item 2: Issue No. 1 – 2006 – Lake Revitalization Water Capital Improvement Loan

Mayor Parker read a letter of support submitted by Trustee Allen.

Change (3) and other "such" to (3) and other Lake revitalization.

INSERT VERBIAGE FOR ISSUE 1.

Trustee Miner made a motion to approve the placement of Issue No. 1, as amended, seconded by Trustee Finan. Motion carried unanimously.

Item #3: Issue No. 2 – 2006 – Sales Tax Increase

Issue No. 2 is asking for a 1/2 cent increase for the fire department.

INSERT VERBIAGE FOR ISSUE 2.

Trustee Finan made a motion to approve the placement of Issue No. 2, as presented, seconded by Trustee Coleman. Motion carried unanimously.

Trustee Coleman made a motion to adjourn at 7:45 pm, seconded by Trustee Girlando. Motion carried unanmously.
