The Palmer Lake Liquor Licensing Authority meeting was called to order by Mayor McDonald at 7:00 p.m., January 5, 2006.

Item#2: Approval of Minutes - December 8, 2005

TRUSTEE CORNELL MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 8, 2005, AS WRITTEN, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE FINAN. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Item #4: Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts
Four special event liquor licenses - Sandra Kinchen

Ms. Kinchen, representing the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts, stated the following functions have been scheduled as fundraisers:

• January 29, 2006 - Concert featuring Chuck Pyle.
• February 10, 2006 - Wet & Dry Opening showing water colors and pastels.
• February 18, 2006 - Concert featuring Wendy Woo
• March 11, 2006 - Concert featuring Barlow

TRUSTEE PARKER MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR TRI-LAKES CENTER FOR THE ARTS FOR THE 4 FOLLOWING EVENTS: JANUARY 29, FEBRUARY 10, FEBRUARY 18 AND MARCH 11, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE CORNELL. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

TRUSTEE FINAN MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 7:15 P.M., SECONDED BY TRUSTEE PARKER. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Approved as written or amended this 2nd day of February, 2006.
