FEBRUARY 8, 2007 The Palmer Lake Liquor Licensing Authority meeting was called to order by Mayor Parker at 7:09 p.m., February 8, 2007. Attendees:
Item #2: Approval of Minutes – May 11, 2006 Trustee Allen made a motion of approve the minutes of May 11, 2006, seconded by Trustee Coleman. Motion carried unanimously. Item #3: Modification of Premises – Bella Panini – Ken Trombley KT indicated that his business has grown considerably and that he wishes to expand utilizing the remainder of the downstairs portion of building. He intends on expanding the parking lot behind the building towards the Bed and Breakfast. Trustee Finan made a motion to approve the Modification of Premises for Bella Panini, seconded by Trustee Miner. Motion carried unanimously. Item #4: Parameters of Survey – New License – SpeedTrap – Peter Kavanagh Peter stated he has been in business for 3 years and would like to expand his service to include wine, beer, Irish coffee, etc. The atmosphere will be that of a lounge and he will be applying for a Tavern License. Trustee Coleman stated that the nature of his establishment will not be competing with the existing businesses. Trustee Coleman made a motion to set the survey at 500 foot radius, seconded by Trustee Finan. Motion carried unanimously. Trustee Girlando made a motion to adjourn at 7:22 pm, seconded by Trustee Coleman. Motion carried unanmously. Approved as written or amended this day of , 2007. Max Parker, Mayor |
