The Palmer Lake Liquor Licensing Authority meeting was called to order by Mayor McDonald at 7:00 p.m., February 10, 2005.

Item#1: Approval of Minutes - January 13, 2005
TRUSTEE CORNELL MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF JANUARY 13, 2005, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE PARKER. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Item #2: Tri-Lakes Chamber - Special Event Liquor License - April 2, 2005
Steven Spry represented the Tri-Lakes Chamber. April 2 will be the Chambers annual business dinner. The event will be held at the Pinecrest Event Center.
TRUSTEE REESE MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR APRIL 2ND FOR TRI-LAKES CHAMBER, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE CORNELL. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Item #3: Gleneagle Sertoma Club - Special Event Liquor License - April 1, 2005
Sherry Edwards represented the Gleneagle Sertoma Club. The event will be held at Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts. A beer & wine tasting event with a silent auction. Proceeds will be going towards local charities.
TRUSTEE PARKER MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR APRIL 1ST FOR GLENEAGLE SERTOMA CLUB, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE COLEMAN. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
TRUSTEE CORNELL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 7:04 P.M., SECONDED BY TRUSTEE REESE. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
