The Palmer Lake Liquor Licensing Authority meeting was called to order by Mayor McDonald at 7:00 p.m., March 10, 2005.

Item#2: Approval of Minutes - February 10, 2005
TRUSTEE CORNELL MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 10, 2005, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE PARKER. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Item #3: Tri Lake Views - Special Event Liquor License - June 4, 2005
Applicant was not present. Attorney Gaddis stated the Special Event Liquor License could be approved without a representative. If the request was for a Liquor Licensed establishment, the applicant would need to be present.
TRUSTEE COLEMAN MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR JUNE 4TH FOR TRI LAKE VIEWS, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE SUMNER. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
Item #4: Palmer Lake Little Art Group - Special Event Liquor License - May 7, 2005
B. Berowitz represented the Palmer Lake Little Art Group. The event will be held at Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts with entails a beer & wine tasting event with a silent auction.
TRUSTEE PARKER MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR MAY 7TH FOR THE PALMER LAKE LITTLE ART GROUP, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE CORNELL. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
TRUSTEE CORNELL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 7:05 P.M., SECONDED BY TRUSTEE PARKER. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
