APRIL 6, 2006

The Palmer Lake Liquor Licensing Authority meeting was called to order by Mayor McDonald at 7:11 p.m., April 6, 2006

Item#2: Approval of Minutes - March 9, 2006

Trustee Finan made a motion to approve the minutes of March 9, 2006, as written, seconded by Trustee Coleman. Motion carried unanimously.

Item #3: Special Event Liquor License – Tri- Lakes Center for the Arts
May 13, June 3 and June 10, 2006

Trustee Flake made a motion to approve the two applications for Special Events for Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts for May and June, for three separate events, seconded by Trustee Parker. Motion carried unanimously.

Item #4: Special Event Liquor License – Town of Palmer Lake

Presented by Clerk Gray for the open house set for June 30th at the Center for the Arts.

Trustee Finan made a motion to approve the Special Event License for Town of Palmer Lake , seconded by Trustee Parker. Motion carried unanimously.

Clerk Gray asked, on behalf of Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts, to have the town's fee for the upcoming liquor license be waived. The Center would still be responsible for paying for the fee for the background check and the state fees.

Trustee Finan made a motion to approve the waiving of the Town's fee for the Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts, seconded by Trustee Flake. Motion carried unanimously.

Trustee Parker made a motion to adjourn at 7:10 p.m., seconded by Trustee Girlando. Motion carried unanimously.
