The Palmer Lake Liquor Licensing Authority meeting was called to order by Mayor McDonald at 7:00 p.m., June 9, 2005.

Item#2: Approval of Minutes - April 14, 2005

TRUSTEE PARKER MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF APRIL 14, 2005, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE COLEMAN. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Item #3: Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts - Special Event Liquor Licenses
July 21, 2005 - Sandy Kinchen
July 29, 2005 - Fiber Show - Sandy Kinchen

Applicant was not present. Attorney Gaddis stated the Special Event Liquor License could be approved without a representative. If the request was for a Liquor Licensed establishment, the applicant would need to be present.

TRUSTEE PARKER MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE SPECIAL EVENT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR MAY 14TH AND JUNE 11TH FOR TRI-LAKE CENTER FOR THE ARTS, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE FLAKE. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

TRUSTEE CORNELL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 7:05 P.M., SECONDED BY TRUSTEE COLEMAN. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

Approved as written or amended this 11th day of August, 2005.
