June 12 , 2008 The Palmer Lake Liquor Licensing Authority meeting was called to order by Mayor Cressman at 6:00 p.m., June 12, 2008 Attendees:
Item #2: Approval of Minutes – July 12, 2007 Trustee McDonald made a motion of approve the minutes of July 12, 2007, seconded by Trustee Coleman. Motion carried unanimously. Item #3: Amuze Bistro Dining – William Sherman Applicant is requesting a Hotel/Restaurant license. With the size of the establishment, a decision was made to set the boundary the same as the Speedtrap Coffee Bar. Trustee McDonald made a motion to set the boundary for Amuze at a 250 foot radius, seconded by Trustee Coleman. Motion carried unanimously. Trustee Jack made a motion to adjourn at 6:15 pm, seconded by Trustee McDonald. Motion carried unanmously. Approved as written or amended this 10th day of July, 2008. John Cressman, Mayor |
