JUNE 20, 2009 The Palmer Lake Special Town Council Water meeting was called to order by Mayor Cressman at 1;04 p.m., June 20, 2009. Attendees:
Item #2: Ordinance 3 – 2009 – An Emergency Ordinance Correcting Financial Procedures for the Town of Palmer Lake, Colorado The purpose of this ordinance is to correct the financial procedures relating to the collection of taxes and repayment of the General Obligation Bond Series 2001 from the Issuance date of 2001. Trustee Jack made a motion to approve Ordinance 3 - 2009, seconded by Trustee Reynolds. Motion carried unanimously. Trustee jack made a motion to authorize Mayor John Cressman and Mayor Pro-tem Nikki McDonald to act as agents in regards to the loan for the Filter Plant, seconded by Trustee Reynolds. Trustee Reynolds made a motion setting the date of reading for Ordinance 4 -2009, the official loan ordinance as July 9, 2009, seconded by Trustee Jack. Motion carried unanimously. Trustee Jack made a motion to adjourn at 1:15 pm, seconded by Trustee Reynolds. Motion carried unanimously. Approved as written or amended this 9th day of July, 2009. John Cressman, Mayor |
