Planning Commission Meeting The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Cressman at 7:03 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall. Attendees:
ITEM #1: Call to Order: 7:03 p.m. ITEM # 2: Comments by Commissioners, Staff or Public on items not on the agenda No Public Input ITEM #3: Request for a vacation of a Street Right of Way - Portions of Loveland Slope and Portions of Epworth Highway - Parsons, Bolko & Shutte George Parsons, David Bolko and Chris Shutte: Requesting that portions of the 20 foot rights of way known as Loveland Slope and Epworth Highway as shown on the plat of Pine Crest Tri-District Assembly Grounds Addition No. 1. The portions of Epworth Highway will be a land swap with the Town of Palmer Lake for the portion of Epworth Highway as platted and the actual Epworth Highway as driven. COMMISSIONER COOPER MADE A MOTION TO RECOMMEND TO TOWN COUNCIL THE VACATION OF A STREET RIGHT OF WAY FOR PORTIONS OF LOVELAND SLOPE AND EPWORTH HIGHWAY (WITH THE LAND SWAP OF EPWORTH HIGHWAY AS PLATTED AND EPWORTH AS DRIVEN) SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER TROMBLEY. MOTION CARRIES UNANIMOUSLY. ITEM # 4: Request for a vacation of a Street Right of Way - Vacation of Clio Ave - Tom Day Tom Day: Requesting that all of the part of the public right of way of Clio Avenue from Buena Vista Avenue southeasterly adjoining and lying between Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 26 and Lots 5 and 6, Block 7, Glen Park, be vacated. COMMISSIONER COOPER MADE A MOTION TO RECOMMEND TO TOWN COUNCIL THAT THE ALL OF THE PART OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY OF CLIO AVENUE FROM BUENA VISTA AVENUE SOUTHEASTERLY ADJOINING AND LYING BETWEEN LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 26 AND LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 7, GLEN PARK SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER TROMBLEY. MOTION PASSES WITH 5 APPROVE AND 1 AGAINST. COMMISSIONER COOPER MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 7:30PM, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER TROMBLEY. MOTION CARRIES UNANIMOUSLY.
