The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Commissioner Solheim at 7:02 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall.

ITEM #3: Approval of Minutes from April 21, 2004

COMMISSIONER COOPER MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM APRIL 21, 2004, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER BROWN. MOTION CARRIES UNANIMOUSLY.

ITEM #4: Request for a vacation and replat of 0 South Fork - Fowler Branch/Shady Lane lots 6, 7 and 20.15 feet of Lot 5 - Tim Shank

Tim Shank - Asking to vacate the lot lines for 6, 7 and 20.15 feet of Lot 5. Making 2 1/2 lots into 2 buildable lots. Road access will be addressed on July 1, 2004 with the Roads Committee (Coleman & Radosevich).

COMMISSIONER ATKINS MADE A MOTION TO RECOMMEND TO TOWN COUNCIL THE APPROVAL FOR THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF 0 SOUTH FORK - FOWLER BRANCH/SHADY LANE LOTS 6, 7 AND 20.15 FEET OF LOT 5 WITH THE CONDITION THAT THE BUILDER AND THE ROADS COMMITTEE COME TO AN AGREEMENT REGARDING ROAD ACCESS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER CORNELL. MOTION CARRIES UNANIMOUSLY.

Co-Chairperson Trombley takes the meeting over from Commissioner Solheim.

ITEM # 5: Request for a vacation and replat of 0 Lower Glenway; the east 1/2 of lot 46 & 47 thru 52 inclusive, lots 93 thru 96 inclusive, all in blk C.

Michael Brennan - Representative for the recorded owners: Deloris Morni, Stanley Levin and Sylvia Amos.

Asking that the current lot lines and survey that is on record with the Town of Palmer Lake be corrected. But in order to change the lot lines the current lines need to vacated and replated according to a correct survey that was obtained by Michael Brennan. All property owners are in agreement with the corrected plat.

COMMISSIONER SOLHEIM MADE A MOTION TO RECOMMEND TO TOWN COUNCIL THE APPROVAL OF THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF 0 LOWER GLENWAY; THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 46 & 47 THRU 52 INCLUSIVE, LOTS 93 THRU 96 INCLUSIVE, ALL IN BLK C SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER COOPER. MOTION CARRIES UNANIMOUSLY.

COMMISSIONER CORNELL MADE A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 7:20PM, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER COOPER. MOTION CARRIES UNANIMOUSLY.
