The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Co-Chairperson Trombley at 7:00 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall.

ITEM # 3: Approval of Minutes - April 18, 2007

Commissioner Solheim made a motion to approve the minutes from April 18, 2007, seconded by Commissioner Cooper. Motion carries unanimously.

ITEM# 4: Consent Items
Sign Request - Salon 105 - 47 HWY 105 - Pam Hafemann

Sign Request - DARS Supplies - 835 HWY 105 - Julian Drummond

Commissioner Atkins made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval of the sign permit for Salon 105 & DARS SUPPLIES SECONDED by Commissioner Brown. Motion carries unanimously.

ITEM # 5: Request for a Rezone - Town of Palmer Lake - Volunteer Fire Department
71053-09-035 - Lots 24, 25 & 26 INC BLK C Palmer Lake Amd Filing
Rezone from a R3 - Residential Zone to a CC Zone - Convenience Commercial
Withdrawn

Commissioner Martin made a motion to adjourn at 7:07 p.m., Seconded by Commissioner Solheim. Motion carries unanimously.
