The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Trombley at 6:00 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall.

ITEM # 3: Approval of Minutes - July 9, 2008

Commissioner Stern made a motion to approve the minutes from July 9, 2008, seconded by Commissioner Cooper. Motion carries unanimously.

ITEM #4: Request for a Sign Permit - Villa Décor - Steve Ellison

Commissioner Martin made a motion to recommed to Town council the approval for the sign request for Villa Decor, seconded by Commissioner Cooper. Motion carries unanimously.

ITEM #5: Request for a Sign Permit - PINZ-Bowling Alley -

NO SHOW

ITEM #6: Proposed Dark Sky Ordinance

Planning Commission is working on Dark Sky Ordinance

Approved as written or amended on September 17, 2008.
