Planning Commission Meeting The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Cressman at 7:06 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall. Attendees: AUDIENCE: 1 ITEM #1: Call to Order: 7:06 p.m. ITEM # 2: Comments by Commissioners, Staff or Public on items not on the agenda NO ITEM # 3: Request for a sign permit - Historic Pinecrest - Nikki McDonald Commissioner Marin made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval for the request by Historic Pinecrest to put up two (2) signs, one on the corner of Spring Street and South Valley and the other to be determined at a later date (Highway 105), Seconded by Commissioner Cooper.
