Planning Commission Meeting The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Cressman at 7:00 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall . Attendees:
ITEM #1: Call to Order: 7:00 p.m. ITEM # 2: Comments by Commissioners, Staff or Public on items not on the agenda Commissioner Cornell - Would like to review the PUD. Commissioner Trombley – Had no problem but, should come from Town Council and make sure to get some public input. ITEM #3: Approval of Minutes June 8, 2005 Commissioner Trombley made a motion to approve the June 8, 2005, seconded by Commissioner Cornell. Motion carries unanimously. ITEM # 3: Request for a sign permit at 443 HWY 105 – The Inn at Palmer Divide – Al Fritts Commissioner Trombley made a motion to approve the new revised sign request for The Inn at Palmer Divide with all lights to be incased inside the sign, seconded by Commissioner Solheim. Motion passes 6 aye 1 nay. ITEM# 4: Request for a sign permit at 835 HWY 105 – Joanne Overby Commissioner Cornell made a motion to approve the sign request for Joanne Overby 835 HWY 105, seconded by Commissioner Trombley. Motion carries unanimously. Chairperson Cressman asked to invite Mr. Ennis to the next Planning Commission Meeting to explain his plans for the sign being placed on the remaining units of his building located at 835 HWY 105. Commissioner Trombley made a motion to adjourn at 7:45 p.m., Seconded by Commissioner Solheim. Motion carries unanimously. Approved as written or amended on January 18, 2005.
