Planning Commission Meeting The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Commissioner Solheim at 7:06 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall. Attendees: AUDIENCE: 3 ITEM #1: Call to Order: 7:06 p.m. ITEM # 2: Comments by Commissioners, Staff or Public on items not on the agenda NO ITEM # 3: Approval of Minutes - September 12, 2007 Commissioner Cooper mad a motion to approve the minutes from September 12, 2007, seconded by Commissioner Martin. Motion carries unanimously. ITEM #4: Request for a sign permit - Bodhicitta Bakery - Gretchen Anthony Commissioner Cooper made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval of the sign permit as presented by Jason and Gretchen Anthony at 780 HWY 105 Unit B, seconded by Commissioner Martin. Motion carries unanimously. ITEM #5: Sign Ordinance Revisions Commissioner Martin made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval of the Sign Ordinance as submitted by Planning Commission, seconded by Commissioner Cooper.
