The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Cressman at 7:06 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall.

ITEM #1: Call to Order: 7:06 p.m.

ITEM # 2: Comments by Commissioners, Staff or Public on items not on the agenda

ITEM # 3: Request for a Sign Permit - Paravicini’s Italian Bistro – Edward Sexton

Commissioner Trombley made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval of the sign permit as presented, Seconded by Commissioner Solheim.  Motion carries unanimously.

ITEM# 4:   Request for a Request for an Annexation – Richard White –Represented by Mr. Ellison
71152-04-002 & 71152-04-006 – Lots 1 & 4, Blk 5 Pioneer Lookout Subdivision, Filing No. 1

Commissioner Solheim made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval of the annexation into Palmer Lake, Seconded by Commissioner Cooper.  Motion carries unanimously.

ITEM#5:   Request for a Zone Change– Richard White –Represented by Mr. Ellison
71152-04-002 & 71152-04-006 – Lots 1 & 4, Blk 5 Pioneer Lookout Subdivision, Filing No. 1

Commissioner Brown made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval for the zone change on lots 1 & 4 Blk 5 Pioneer Lookout, Seconded by Commissioner Cooper.  Motion carries unanimously.
  
Commissioner Trombley made a motion to adjourn at 7:35 p.m. Seconded by Commissioner Solheim Motion carries unanimously.
