The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Chairperson Cressman at 7:00 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall.

ITEM # 3: Approval of Minutes - October 10, 2007

Commissioner Martin mad a motion to approve the minutes from October 10, 2007, seconded by Commissioner Trombley. Motion carries unanimously.

ITEM #4: Request for a sign permit - Moss Sportswear and Embroidery - Phil Moss

Commissioner Atkins made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval of the sign permit for Moss Sportswear and Embroidery as presented by Phil Moss - , seconded by Commissioner Solheim. Motion carries unanimously.

Commissioner Cooper made a motion to adjourn at 7:08p.m. Seconded by Commissioner Trombley Motion carries unanimously.
