PALMER LAKE, COLORADO

RESOLUTION 1 - 2006

A resolution supporting the agreement between the Town of Palmer Lake and The State Board of the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund.

WHEREAS, the Town of Palmer Lake supports the completion of Palmer
  Lake Elementary & Community Playground.

WHEREAS, the Town of Palmer Lake has received a grant form Great
  Outdoors Colorado to fund the Palmer Lake Elementary &
  Community Playground, subject to the execution of a grant
  agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PALMER LAKE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PALMER LAKE THAT:

SECTION 1:  The Palmer Lake Town Council hereby authorized the Mayor to sign the grant agreement with Great Outdoors Colorado.

SECTION 2:  The Palmer Lake Town Council hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds as necessary to meet the terms and obligations of the grant agreement and application.

SECTION 3:  This resolution to be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
