Planning Commission Meeting The Palmer Lake Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Trombley at 6:00 p.m. in the Palmer Lake Town Hall. Attendees: AUDIENCE: 0 ITEM #1: Call to Order 6:00 p.m. ITEM # 2: Comments by Commissioners, Staff or Public on items not on the agenda ITEM # 3: Approval of Minutes – September 17, 2008 Commissioner Cooper made a motion to approve the minutes from September 17, 2008, seconded by Commissioner Martin. Motion carries unanimously. ITEM # 7: Request for a Vacation and Replat – Chuck Pyle & Roger Ward Commissioner Solheim made a motion to recommend to Town Council the approval of the Vacation and Replat of 97 Hillside (71053-07-004 & 71053-07-014) SECONDED by Commissioner Martin. Motion carries unanimously. ITEM #8: Proposed Dark Sky Ordinance Commissioner Martin made a motion to table the Dark Sky Ordinance until the next scheduled meeting (December or January) seconded by Commissioner Solheim. Motion carries unanimously. ITEM# 10: Adjourn Commissioner Martin made a motion to adjourn at 7:00pm seconded by Commissioner Solheim. Motion carries unanimously. Approved as written or amended on January 21, 2009.
